The program's leading part involves performing the main exercise first, followed by a corrective exercise, such as body weight squat (main exercise) and ankle mobilization (corrective exercise). Start from the ground and move to the top. Build a solid foundation and prepare yourself to perform more demanding sessions.

The SportRehab™ Ignite - 12 weeks strength and conditioning program Overview;

  • This 12-week strength and conditioning (S&C) program can be done at home, but it is preferable to be performed at your local gym.
  • Get mobile, more stable, and more robust—this will definitely improve your health and get you in shape!
  • Step by step, you'll define your improvements and feel stronger every week you perform.
  • Video tutorials and chat with byrizz coaches once per week to follow you up throughout your efforts.

The app SportRehab™ is free to use and you can keep your account and use the apps basic features as long as you want for free. In the app you will also find the content you bought here in this shop.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app SportRehab™ on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app SportRehab™ and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
